Data collected

When you request a quote or send a message, the following is collected:

• your name and contact details (telephone, e-mail address);
• the information needed for the journey: departure point, destination, date, time, number of passengers, type of service;
• any details you choose to add, such as a flight number.

No data is collected without your knowledge, and the site uses no audience-measurement or advertising cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request, organise the service and handle its administrative and accounting follow-up. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on the performance of the transport contract, as well as on the legal obligations to retain accounting records.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for the service provider and, where applicable, the chauffeur assigned to your journey. It is never sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes. Technical service providers with access to the data: Hostinger (website hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Tiime (invoicing).

Retention period

Requests not followed by a booking: twelve months from the last exchange. Client files and accounting records: the applicable statutory retention period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@iksdriving.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and data sent through the forms is encrypted in transit. Access to the requests received is restricted to those who need it.
