How it works

Booking
Send your flight or train number, the address, the number of passengers and suitcases, and the vehicle you would like. You receive written confirmation within 2 hours with the price.

The day before
A reminder reaches you with the name and direct number of your chauffeur.

On arrival
Your chauffeur follows your flight or your train and greets you in the arrivals hall, name board in hand. If you are delayed, the time is adjusted at no extra charge.For a departure from a private address, your chauffeur will be waiting outside the address you have given.

The journey
Comfortably settled, with water and a charger to hand, you are taken to the exact address by the clearest route at the time of travel. Your chauffeur will unload your luggage on arrival.
